Be Grateful

Make a list of things you are grateful for.  Post it on your bathroom mirror and read it every day.  After a while, it becomes easier for you to think in terms of what you do have, rather than, what you don’t have.  Keep at it!  These changes don’t happen overnight.  It takes time, but before long you will notice positive changes taking place in your life.
