Making Positive Changes

Practice replacing negative statements with positive ones each day.  Once you’ve begun to master this, try the same thing with your thoughts.  Be patient with yourself, it takes time, but it works!

Whenever you are trying to achieve a desired result, put emotion behind it.  Think only positive thoughts about what you are trying to accomplish and really feel the emotion connected with actually having it now.  Don’t give up! 

What would happen if you started smiling?

Did you know that it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile?  Try it and notice the difference.  Not only that!  When you start smiling more, no matter how you are feeling, something incredible starts to happen.  You can actually start to feel better!

You don’t have to take my word for it.  Just try it for yourself.  After you practice this for a while, you will begin to feel happier.
